What we do

Seven trades. One contract. One number to call.

Most residential projects fail at the seams — where the roofer hands off to the carpenter, and nobody owns the gap. We self-perform the core trades so there is no seam to fall through.

The range

From a single leaking valley to a house on a bare lot.

We take work at both ends of the scale — and the small jobs matter to us, because that is how most clients meet us before they trust us with the big one.

What does not change between a repair and a ground-up build is the method: a written scope before we start, a fixed price you approved, one project manager who answers the phone, and a site left clean at the end of every day.

  • 01

    Roofing

    Installation · Repair · Replacement

Asphalt architectural shingle, standing seam metal and low-slope membrane systems. Full tear-offs with deck inspection, ice-and-water shield at the vulnerable details, and balanced ridge-and-soffit ventilation — the part most re-roofs skip, and the reason many fail early.

    Kitchen Remodeling

    Layout · Cabinetry · Stone · Lighting

Cosmetic refits through to structural reconfiguration — removing a bearing wall, relocating services, and rebuilding the room around how you actually cook rather than around where the pipes happen to be. Custom and semi-custom cabinetry, quartz and natural stone, and a lighting plan that accounts for task, ambient and accent layers.

    Bathroom Remodeling

Wet rooms · Vanities · Tile

Full gut renovations, tub-to-shower conversions, curbless and accessible layouts, and powder rooms. Every wet area gets a proper waterproofing membrane and a pre-slope — not just tile over backer board. It is invisible, it costs more, and it is the single difference between a bathroom that lasts twenty years and one that rots the joists beneath it.

    Decks

Design · Build · Outdoor living

Multi-level decks on difficult grades, screened porches, covered porches and three-season rooms. Composite, cedar and pressure-treated framing, with the ledger flashing detailed correctly — the most common failure point on a deck, and the one that causes collapses. Permit drawings and inspection sign-off included.

    Siding

    Installation · Repair · Envelope

Fiber cement, engineered wood and premium vinyl, plus trim, soffit and fascia. Siding is a rain-screen, not a raincoat: what protects the house is the water-resistive barrier and the flashing behind the boards. We detail that layer properly at every window head, sill and penetration.

    Custom Home Building

    Ground-up residential

Raw lot to certificate of occupancy. Feasibility and site assessment, permitting, foundation, framing, envelope, mechanical coordination and finishes — under one contract with one schedule. Built to zero-emission jobsite practice throughout.

    Porch Construction

    Front · Wrap-around · Screened

A porch is the one addition that changes how a house is read from the street. Structural columns and beams sized properly, roof tied into the existing framing and flashed, and ceilings, soffits and lighting finished to interior standard rather than left as bare framing.

Standard on every contract

What you get regardless of the trade.

These are not upgrades and they are not line items. They are the baseline.

Included

A written scope

Line-item breakdown of materials, labour and disposal. If it is not on the sheet, it is not in the price — and we tell you that before you sign.

Included

One project manager

The same person from first walk-through to final punch list. You never explain your project twice.

Included

Signed change orders

Priced and agreed before the work happens. The invoice at the end holds no surprises, because there is nothing on it you did not approve.

Included

A clean site

Floor and surface protection, dust containment on interior work, and the site swept at the end of each day. You still live here.

Frequent combinations

Projects that make sense to do together.

Sequencing matters. Doing these together saves mobilisation cost, scaffolding hire and — more importantly — saves tearing out finished work six months later.

Pair 01

Roofing + Siding

Both are envelope work and both need access at height. Doing them in one mobilisation removes a second round of scaffolding and lets us tie the roof-to-wall flashing together properly rather than patching to whatever is already there.

Pair 02

Kitchen + Bathroom

Shared plumbing risers, shared trades and one dust-containment setup. If both rooms are on your list within two years, doing them together typically costs meaningfully less than doing them apart.

Pair 03

Deck + Porch

One permit application, one set of footings inspected, one crew. It also gets the transition between covered and open space designed as a single move instead of two additions that never quite line up.

Next step

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem rather than the solution — a stain on the ceiling, a room that never works — and we will tell you what is actually causing it.
