Pricing and Refund Policy

1. Roof Size Pricing:

• $300 for roofs up to 12 sq.
  Typical sizes include normal townhouses, detached garage, or shed roof.
• $400 for roofs ranging from 13 to 22 sq.
  Typical sizes include larger townhomes and smaller single-family homes.
• $500 for roofs ranging from 23 to 32 sq.
  Typical sizes include mid to large-size single-family homes.
• Roofs exceeding 33 sq. will be subject to evaluation by our team for a customized cost estimate.
  Typical sizes include large to multi-unit homes.

2. Initial Deposit:

• An initial deposit of $300 is required for the roofing estimate.
• The initial deposit of $300 is non-refundable once processed.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation requests must be communicated within 6 hours of payment.
• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
• Failure to cancel within 6 hours means you will receive the roofing estimate and are no longer able to get a refund.

4. Estimate Release:

• The roofing estimate will be shared once the balance amount is paid off based on the roof size determined.
